They are very efficient, with the response to emails and queries often by return and we very much like the fact that the qualified Chartered Accountant that deals with you answers the telephone ~ so you get through to the person you want to speak to straight away.
One of our businesses was recently the subject of an enquiry, and it was brilliantly dealt with and the end result was no tax to pay for us. We were kept informed of progress throughout and feel that it was dealt with really well and the outcome was obviously excellent. Alas we do have to pay them, and we find their fees to be very competitive, less than half of our previous accountants fees, and for the standard of service that we receive we honestly believe it to be money well spent ~ and we would struggle to get this level of service elsewhere for anything like the fees we currently pay.

We are based some 200 miles from them and hence communication is essential and we have found this to be really good, with emails being replied to by return.
They are always helpful, happy and willing to answer any query no matter what, and the fact that a Chartered Accountant always answers the phone is invaluable to us ~ we can’t wait for a return call when we could be several miles from the office out on our site.
